We recently attended the Inaugural Conference for Disney’s
new EarMarked Program for Authorized
Disney Vacation Planners. 350 travel industry
agents from all over the country attended this amazing
3-day Conference for the select few who have been given
the distinction of “Authorized” Vacation Planners
for Disney Destinations. We attended 2 full days of seminars
and listened to knowledgeable Keynote Speakers, as well
as many of Disney’s top executives. We had an opportunity
to share our concerns, difficulties, strengths and weaknesses
in how Disney, the travel industry and specifically Magic Itineraries can
better serve you to make sure your next (or first) Disney
experience is the vacation of a lifetime! Our goal, as
well as all the Disney Cast members, is to make your Disney
vacation the most memorable vacation experience possible.
We met some wonderful people, from Disney Cast Members and
other travel specialists, to guests and sponsors of the Conference.
Smiles were everywhere! But that is nothing new when you’re
visiting Disney! We were also treated to several wonderful
experiences. A welcome reception, a lavish dinner and show
with a dessert reception to watch Illuminations® Reflections
of Earth and Fireworks Cruise to see Wishes:™ A
Magical Gathering of Disney Dreams Fireworks We
were not permitted to take pictures during the Conference
but we were able to take some pictures of the Fireworks Cruise.
